TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
PARA PARTICIPAR EN LA SUBASTA
PRIMERO. Del Formato. La presente es una subasta pública, en la que se aceptarán pujas bajo los siguientes formatos:
a) Por correo electrónico. A la dirección: amb@bbauctions.com.mx. A más tardar a las 22:00 horas del miércoles 02 de septiembre de 2026.
b) En redes sociales (sin conteo). En Facebook, en el siguiente grupo:
Desde el momento de su publicación hasta las 22:00 horas del miércoles 02 de septiembre de 2026.
c) Plataformas alternas. Bajo los términos y condiciones ahí expuestos.
d) En nuestra plataforma de subastas.

e) En piso. En el salón Allende, ubicado en el Hotel del Prado, Av. Marina Nacional 399, Verónica Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11300, Ciudad de México, México.
SEGUNDO. Reserva de Derechos. El Subastador se reserva el derecho de aceptar pujas y, consecuentemente, se reserva de igual forma aceptar personas en redes sociales, plataforma de subastas y cierre de piso que, a su sola discreción, considere pudieran irrumpir en la correcta ejecución de la Subasta. Realizar acciones diversas al objetivo de la misma, como agredir a cualquiera de los presentes o emitir juicios de opinión no vinculados al objeto de esta Subasta, podrá ser considerado motivo de expulsión. Si el Subastador conoce algún antecedente de incumplimiento en el pago de las obligaciones de un participante propuesto, podrá negar el acceso a la Subasta.
TERCERO. Garantía. Cada una de las prendas materia de esta Subasta se presume auténtica, salvo que se indique lo contrario, por lo que el adjudicado tendrá el derecho de reclamar la devolución total de su dinero en un periodo no mayor a 30 días naturales contados a partir de que haya recibido la prenda. El proceso de reclamación deberá realizarse mediante una carta en la que exponga y motive la razón por la que considera la pieza FALSA, pudiendo incluir testimonios de aquellos especialistas que haya consultado. En contestación, el Subastador tendrá el derecho de:
a) obtener testimonios de especialistas que hará extensivos al adjudicado, cuya finalidad será conocer si la pieza es auténtica o falsa; o
b) remitir la pieza a NGC y/o PCGS para su verificación.
Si la pieza se encuentra encapsulada por NGC o PCGS y resultare falsa, se estará al procedimiento de reclamo y de pago de la compañía de certificación que corresponda. Todos los gastos generados en la verificación de autenticidad serán a cargo del Subastador si la pieza resulta falsa, además de la devolución del dinero. Si la pieza se dictamina auténtica, los gastos correrán a cargo del adjudicado.
En el caso de piezas concernientes al periodo de la Guerra de Independencia, en ningún momento se garantizará el procedimiento de verificación por certificación NGC o PCGS. En estos casos se dará prioridad a lo descrito en el inciso a) del párrafo anterior, toda vez que los estándares de certificación para este periodo no son del todo consistentes. Tres testimonios de numismáticos especialistas en la materia bastarán para acreditar la autenticidad de la pieza. Le recomendamos no pujar por piezas que no conozca o que no se sienta cómodo adquiriendo.
Para aquellos lotes indicados como fantasía, falsos (de cualquier periodo), de dudosa autenticidad, a los que se adjunte un certificado previo de NGC o PCGS (fuera del slab), o que indiquen “se vende así, sin retornos”, queda expresamente establecido que no estarán sujetos por ningún motivo al proceso de autenticidad descrito en este apartado, ya sea por compañía de certificación o por numismáticos especialistas.
CUARTO. De la inspección de las prendas. Todos los participantes pueden solicitar vía correo electrónico fotografías adicionales de las prendas de su interés, así como una cita presencial para la inspección de lotes. Los adjudicados podrán devolver alguna prenda en caso de que tuviera algún defecto no descrito en este catálogo, limitado a reparaciones o caladas de metal, para lo cual tendrán 3 días contados a partir de la fecha en la que recibieron la prenda. No habrá lugar a devolución por inconformidad o discrepancia en cuanto al grado de conservación establecido por NGC, PCGS o cualquier otra compañía dedicada al rubro de certificación. Todos los lotes grupales se venden sin devoluciones.
QUINTO. De las pujas. Las pujas deberán ser claras y precisas, por lo que no se aceptarán pujas sin límite, adjudicándose cada lote al mejor postor. El precio de salida es aquel descrito al final de cada lote en el presente catálogo, por lo que no se aceptarán pujas que se encuentren bajo este rango. En caso de empate en alguna oferta, tendrá derecho de preferencia aquel que haya pujado primero. Los aumentos serán a discreción del Subastador, siendo generalmente bajo el siguiente esquema:

No se aceptan pujas con fracciones.
SEXTO. Comisión. Cada lote adjudicado estará sujeto a una comisión del 20% sobre el valor en el que se adjudicó la prenda (el “valor martillo”).
SÉPTIMO. Del Cierre. Usted podrá realizar sus pujas en los términos descritos en el punto Primero, incisos a), b), c), d) y e). La cancelación de pujas puede hacerse hasta 24 horas antes de la hora pactada del inicio de cierre, horario descrito en la carátula; en el caso de red social, antes de que haya culminado el cierre en el grupo correspondiente. Posterior a este término, no será permitido. En el caso de pujas en nuestra página vinculada a red social, queda estrictamente prohibida en cualquier momento su eliminación; hacerlo sin previo aviso da lugar a que el Subastador elimine al participante del grupo. El cierre de lotes iniciará el día y hora indicados en la carátula de este catálogo, comenzando por el lote 1 y en estricto orden ascendente. La plataforma de subastas generará automáticamente los aumentos de la siguiente puja. Una vez adjudicado el lote, el Subastador no podrá aceptar puja sobre dicho lote. Considere que no se aceptarán pujas por un monto inferior al descrito como precio de salida.
OCTAVO. De las reservas. En caso de existir precio de reserva, se dará a conocer 48 horas antes del cierre de la Subasta y/o previo a la apertura del lote durante la sesión en vivo.
NOVENO. Del Pago. Los precios descritos en este catálogo están calculados en moneda de curso legal de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (pesos MXN). El pago se realizará en moneda de curso legal de México en las cuentas que se indiquen al momento de la adjudicación. De encontrarse disponibles, podrán aceptarse pagos con tarjeta de crédito y PayPal, sujetos a un cargo adicional del 6% sobre el valor total de la factura y a la determinación del tipo de cambio aplicable por parte del Subastador.
El pago de los lotes adjudicados deberá realizarse a más tardar 10 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente a la culminación de la Subasta. Concluido este plazo, y de no haberse recibido evidencia satisfactoria del pago, el Subastador podrá cargar la tarjeta de débito y/o crédito que el participante dio de alta en su perfil de la plataforma.
DÉCIMO. Envío. Los lotes adjudicados serán entregados previa comprobación de la recepción del pago en Fuente de Pirámides No. 1-604, Lomas de Tecamachalco, Naucalpan, Estado de México, C.P. 53950, o por mensajería exprés. En este segundo caso, el Subastador no será responsable por ningún motivo, incluyendo, sin limitar, pérdida, falla, error o maltrato, una vez que haya entregado la(s) prenda(s) al servicio de mensajería. Si desea adquirir seguro para su envío, deberá solicitarlo al Subastador al momento en que se le envíe la factura. En caso de adjudicaciones a enviarse al extranjero, el Subastador tampoco será responsable de los costos que pudieran generarse por exportación o importación. Los envíos al extranjero podrán demorar hasta 20 días hábiles desde la recepción del pago.
La participación en esta Subasta implica la aceptación de los términos y condiciones antes descritos, a modo de Contrato de Adhesión, renunciando a la jurisdicción que por domicilio presente o futuro (o cualquier otro) pudiera invocarse, y sometiéndose expresamente las partes a los tribunales competentes en Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México.

FIRST. Auction Format. This is a public auction in which bids will be accepted through the following methods:
a) By email. At amb@bbauctions.com.mx, no later than 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
b) Through social media (without countdown). On Facebook, in the following group:
From the time of publication until 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
c) Alternative platforms. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
d) Through our auction platform.

SECOND. Reservation of Rights. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject bids and, accordingly, also reserves the right to accept or deny participation through social media, the auction platform, and the live floor session to any person who, at the Auctioneer’s sole discretion, may interfere with the proper conduct of the Auction. Actions unrelated to the purpose of the Auction, including assaulting or harassing any person present or making statements or expressing opinions unrelated to the subject matter of this Auction, may constitute grounds for removal. If the Auctioneer is aware of any prior failure by a prospective participant to fulfill payment obligations, the Auctioneer may deny that person access to the Auction.
THIRD. Guarantee. Each item offered in this Auction is presumed to be authentic unless otherwise stated. Accordingly, the successful bidder shall have the right to claim a full refund within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date on which the item was received. Any claim must be submitted by letter explaining the reasons why the bidder considers the item to be COUNTERFEIT and may include opinions from specialists consulted by the bidder. In response, the Auctioneer shall have the right to:
a) obtain opinions from specialists, which shall be shared with the successful bidder, for the purpose of determining whether the item is authentic or counterfeit; or
b) submit the item to NGC and/or PCGS for verification.
If the item is encapsulated by NGC or PCGS and is determined to be counterfeit, the claim and reimbursement procedures of the applicable grading company shall apply. All expenses incurred in verifying the authenticity of the item shall be borne by the Auctioneer if the item is determined to be counterfeit, in addition to refunding the bidder’s money. If the item is determined to be authentic, such expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder.
In the case of items relating to the Mexican War of Independence period, verification through NGC or PCGS certification shall not be guaranteed under any circumstances. In such cases, priority shall be given to the procedure described in subsection (a) above, as certification standards for this period are not entirely consistent. The opinions of three numismatic specialists in the field shall be sufficient to establish the authenticity of the item. We recommend that you do not bid on items with which you are unfamiliar or that you do not feel comfortable acquiring.
Lots described as fantasies, counterfeits (from any period), of questionable authenticity, accompanied by a prior NGC or PCGS certificate (outside the holder), or designated as “sold as is, no returns” are expressly excluded from the authentication procedure described in this section, whether through a grading company or specialist numismatists.
FOURTH. Inspection of Items. All participants may request additional photographs of items of interest by email and may also schedule an appointment to inspect lots in person. Successful bidders may return an item if it has a defect not disclosed in this catalog, limited to repairs or metal testing/cuts, provided that the return is requested within three days from the date the item was received. No returns shall be accepted due to disagreement or discrepancy regarding the grade assigned by NGC, PCGS, or any other grading company. All group lots are sold with no returns.
FIFTH. Bidding. Bids must be clear and precise. Unlimited bids will not be accepted, and each lot shall be awarded to the highest bidder. The starting price is the amount stated at the end of each lot description in this catalog; therefore, bids below the starting price will not be accepted. In the event of identical bids, preference shall be given to the bid received first. Bid increments shall be at the Auctioneer’s discretion and will generally follow this schedule:

Fractional bids will not be accepted.
SIXTH. Buyer’s Premium. Each lot awarded to a successful bidder shall be subject to a 20% buyer’s premium calculated on the amount at which the item was sold (the “hammer price”).
SEVENTH. Closing of the Auction. Bids may be submitted in accordance with the methods described in Section First, subsections (a), (b), (c), (d), and (e). Bids may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the closing session, as specified on the cover of this catalog. In the case of social media bidding, cancellation must occur before the closing process has concluded in the corresponding group. After these deadlines, cancellations will not be permitted. For bids placed through our page linked to social media, deletion of bids is strictly prohibited at all times. Deleting a bid without prior notice may result in the Auctioneer removing the participant from the group. The closing of lots shall begin on the date and at the time indicated on the cover of this catalog, beginning with Lot 1 and proceeding in strict ascending numerical order. The auction platform will automatically generate the applicable bid increments. Once a lot has been awarded, the Auctioneer may not accept any further bids on that lot. Please note that bids below the stated starting price will not be accepted.
EIGHTH. Reserves. If a reserve price applies, it will be disclosed 48 hours before the close of the Auction and/or prior to the opening of the lot during the live session.
NINTH. Payment. The prices stated in this catalog are denominated in the legal currency of the United Mexican States (Mexican Pesos, MXN). Payment shall therefore be made in Mexican legal tender to the accounts provided to the successful bidder upon adjudication. When available, payments by credit card and PayPal may be accepted, subject to an additional charge of 6% of the total invoice amount and to the exchange rate determined by the Auctioneer.
Payment for awarded lots must be made no later than 10 calendar days following the day on which the Auction concludes. After this period, if satisfactory evidence of payment has not been received, the Auctioneer may charge the debit and/or credit card registered by the participant in their platform profile.
TENTH. Shipping and Delivery. Awarded lots will be delivered after confirmation that payment has been received, either at Fuente de Pirámides No. 1-604, Lomas de Tecamachalco, Naucalpan, Estado de México, C.P. 53950, or by express courier. In the latter case, once the Auctioneer has delivered the item(s) to the courier service, the Auctioneer shall not be responsible for any loss, failure, error, damage, or mishandling. If the successful bidder wishes to purchase shipping insurance, this must be requested from the Auctioneer when the invoice is issued. For lots shipped internationally, the Auctioneer shall likewise not be responsible for any costs incurred in connection with exportation or importation. International shipments may take up to 20 business days from receipt of payment.
Participation in this Auction constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth above as a contract of adhesion. The participant waives any jurisdiction that might otherwise apply by reason of present or future domicile, or any other basis, and the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.
