Terms of Sale

• Customers may purchase an item at the buy price at any time during the sale.
• There are no buyer’s fees unless otherwise noted.
• All items are guaranteed authentic. Any coins graded later by NGC with comments on grading or other comments other than authenticity are not guaranteed which includes undetermined comments.  If an item is determined to be fake HJB will return all monies paid for only thus item in full except for shipping charges and any additional fees incurred.
• Title of the coin or antiquity will not pass until payment in full is received.
• All items are priced in U.S. dollars and are subject to prior sale.
• Payment can be made a variety of ways. VISA, MC, Discover and American Express carries a 2.5% surcharge.  Paypal is accepted with an additional 4% charge.  Bitcoin is accepted and carries a 1% surcharge and is processed through Bitpay.
• We accept checks of all types in US dollars, Bank Wire Transfers in US dollars at no additional charge.
• Shipping charges vary on each item. We will contact you with your final total.
• Returns should be made within two weeks and our offices should be contacted ASAP.  The buyer is responsible for returning all lots safely to our Chicago offices.  Any items specifically listed as “sold as is” cannot be returned.
