Please review these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your bid. Placing your bid implies your acceptance of all the terms outlined here.

1. To view all available items, simply click the "Lots" button. Each item comes with a starting bid, and interested buyers can place their bids on their desired items.

2. All bidders will have to register first before they can enter their bids

3. You have the option to set a maximum bid on an item. The system will automatically bid on your behalf, up to your set limit, ensuring you have a shot at winning the item.

4. All items will have no reserve price unless stated in the lot.

5. in Timed Auction, any bid made in the last minute will reset the timer to 30 seconds, allowing others to place their bids.

6. The item ultimately goes to the highest bidder. Winners will be notified through email and text message. Payment is required within 1-3 days before items are shipped. Accepted payment methods include bank deposit and G-Cash. If the highest bidder doesn't respond, the item goes to the next highest bidder.

7. Joy bidders are barred from participating in future Moreton Auctions.

8. A 10% buyer's premium applies to winning bids.

9. We currently only offer local delivery services within the Philippines. Items can be shipped via mail, LBC, or Grab. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Please note that Moreton Auctions serves as a platform for hosting auctions. We do not guarantee the authenticity of the items sold on our platform; buyers should exercise due diligence when making purchases.  It's crucial to note that all lots are sold on an 'as is' basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. All new bidders are initially assigned a credit limit of $50,000. If you require a higher credit limit, please submit your request to admin@moretonauctions.com.

12. Bidders with outstanding balances from previous auctions will not be approved to participate in subsequent auctions until the prior balances are settled. Kindly ensure that any outstanding amounts are cleared before attempting to join again.
