Buyer Terms

Please register as a member first. After confirming that your account personal information is true and correct, you can officially use the bidding function.

• All bidders must pay a commission of 5% of the successful bid amount.
• After the auction ends, if you are the highest bidder, will receive a congratulatory email.
• Bidders are responsible for the execution of their bidding products, and bidders are responsible for their human error bidding, so please carefully check that the input of each bid is correct.
• During the auction, please remember to reload the page regularly. Please be sure to manually update the page to view the latest bidding price on the platform. You will know immediately that your bid has been surpassed, and you can choose to increase your bid at this time.
• Bidders are not allowed to bid for auction items that have been entrusted to Treasure Brothers Auctioneer Company for auction in their own names.
• The bidder who won must complete the payment within 14 working days; Treasure Brothers Auctioneer Company reserves the right to void the deal. If any non-payment, a) we may void the transaction and b) won’t exempt the bidder from paying the auction item.
• If the buyer (bidder) failed to fulfill the payment commitment after successfully bidding the lot. We have the right to remove his/ her membership and be included in the blacklist.
• We also maintains close contact with third parties (including other auction companies or online bidding platforms, etc.) and may collect blacklist information from them.

• All auction items have been initially inspected by a team of experts to verify their authenticity and condition. They only provided bidders references and should not rely on any our company's auction catalogs/video products/promotional materials etc.
• Our company's bid incremental is in the following order. The following is common steps. Our company reserves the right to modify the bidding price under special circumstances without prior notice. Please note.
• If any payment was refused to pay, the Company may disclose relevant breach of contract information to other auction companies or online bidding platforms. And will take legal action.

Mailing auction items:

• About export license, before exporting items, please find out whether an export license is required. (Freight charges to be negotiated separately if needed.)
• Although the items require an export license, we are not obliged to cancel the transaction and refund any interest fees has been paid.

The seller shall be responsible for any losses caused by:

• Risk of seizure or destruction under quarantine or customs regulations.
• The risk of government or public agency confiscating the illegal transportation of contraband.
• Damage to fragile items. e.g. statues, marbles, glassware, antiques, porcelain, jewelry and others similar items.

About grading notes and coins:

The third-party grading company takes the responsibility about grading the condition and authenticity of all banknotes and coins. We do not assume any form of responsibility for this. Buyers are not allowed to return the banknotes and coins graded by the grading company for any reason. Please note.
